Tropic Construction, Inc. builds modern small communities in the
South-Eastern Florida. We use the most modern high-quality materials
and solutions to optimize the cost and maximize the quality of living
in our homes.

Our houses are vitually fire-proof, have superior air quality and
extremely low energy costs. However, using the state-of-the-art methods and materials increase only mariginally the price of the homes, but will provide up to 50% lower energy costs.

Our objective is to build special small multi-family communities providing well built safe and healty homes, high-quality common areas as well as state-of-the art services for the residents. For instance the broad-band Internet access in all homes is our standard. This means that when you move into any of our homes, you just plug in your computer and have an instant High-Speed Internet connection without expensive contracts.
